Booking Terms & Guest Policy

Cancellation Policy & Refunds

  • You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 72 hours prior to departure.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of departure are non-refundable.

  • In the event of unfavorable weather or technical issues, Sail & Soak reserves the right to cancel the cruise. In such cases, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Changes & Rescheduling

  • Reservation changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

  • Last-minute changes may not be accommodated during peak seasons.

Guest Conduct & Safety

  • Guests must follow safety guidelines and crew instructions at all times.

  • The use or possession of illegal substances, excessive alcohol consumption, or aggressive behavior may result in immediate termination of the cruise without refund.

  • Sail & Soak reserves the right to disembark guests or return to port in case of any conduct that jeopardizes the safety or comfort of others.

Liability & Damages

  • Guests are financially responsible for any damage to the vessel or its equipment resulting from negligence or misconduct.

  • Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the boat is returned in an excessively unclean condition.

Maximum Capacity & Extra Charges

  • Each experience package includes a guest limit (typically up to 6 people). Requests for additional guests must be approved in advance and may incur extra charges.

Personal Belongings

  • Sail & Soak is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings during the experience.

Media Consent

  • With your permission, photos and videos taken on board may be used on Sail & Soak’s social media and promotional channels.
