Reservation Policy

All bookings must be made via our official booking form or through authorized partners.

A full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your experience.

Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours.
Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before the scheduled departure.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the experience are non-refundable.

No-shows or missed departures are non-refundable.
Weather-Related Cancellations

If sailing conditions are deemed unsafe due to weather or maritime regulations, Sail & Soak reserves the right to cancel or postpone your booking.

Rescheduling & Modifications

You may request to reschedule your trip once, up to 48 hours before your scheduled departure, subject to availability.

Modifications made less than 48 hours in advance may not be guaranteed.
Group Size & Guest Responsibility

Each experience has a maximum guest capacity.

If your group exceeds the declared number on the day of the trip, Sail & Soak reserves the right to deny boarding or charge an additional fee.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact information and complying with safety guidelines provided by the crew.
