Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sail & Soak, we are committed to providing a seamless and joyful experience. To maintain fairness and clarity, please review our booking and cancellation terms below:

Reservation Policy

  • All bookings must be made via our official booking form or through authorized partners.

  • A full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your experience.

  • Booking confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is available up to 72 hours before the scheduled departure.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the experience are non-refundable.

  • No-shows or missed departures are non-refundable.

Weather-Related Cancellations

  • If sailing conditions are deemed unsafe due to weather or maritime regulations, Sail & Soak reserves the right to cancel or postpone your booking.

  • In such cases, guests may choose to:

  • Reschedule to another available date

  • Receive a full refund

Rescheduling & Modifications

  • You may request to reschedule your trip once, up to 48 hours before your scheduled departure, subject to availability.

  • Modifications made less than 48 hours in advance may not be guaranteed.

Group Size & Guest Responsibility

  • Each experience has a maximum guest capacity.

  • If your group exceeds the declared number on the day of the trip, Sail & Soak reserves the right to deny boarding or charge an additional fee.

  • Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact information and complying with safety guidelines provided by the crew.

Terms Agreement

  • By completing your booking, you agree to these terms.

  • For group bookings via agencies or custom experiences, a separate agreement may be provided.
